MR. UTTAMRAO JADHAV
Chairman & Managing Director
The Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the company is Mr. Uttamrao B Jadhav who belongs to a Maharashtrian Farmer’s Family with the technical qualification DME. He completed his DME from Govt. College of Engineering Karad. He was selected by Kirloskar Brothers Limited in campus Interview during Fifth semester of the course. Mr. Uttamrao decided to start his own SSI unit with the encouragement from Legendary Businessman Late Mr. ShantanuRao Kirloskar and other KBL staff. His vision is to make Unique as “Unique Solution to Flow” by reaching out to flow related applications in India and abroad with the help of his strength of quality & on time delivery.
MRS. SANJEEVANI JADHAV
Director
Mrs. Sanjeevani Jadhav completed her graduation in commerce. Working as Finance Director. Decided to support Mr. Uttamrao in his vision. She is supporting all techno-commercial matters. She looks central planning and accounting.
MR. SANDESH JADHAV
Director
The Director of company Mr. Sandesh U Jadhav, good techno-commercial person. He has completed his Bachelors in Engineering (BE) from Mechanical branch from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business from Coventry University London Campus (CULC), London, United Kingdom (UK). Done his Internship in Flowserve UK, a USA based Company. He joined company in Sept 2011 as soon as he completed his Post Graduation. Since then he is looking after Production, Design and Marketing of Company. As mentioned, he started he started his career as production assistant, at shop floor to understand technical aspects of Butterfly Valves, Kinectic Air Release Valves, different types of Non Return Valves, Sluices Valves. After 2.5 years, he gave attention to Design part and today he is looking for Marketing of Company.
MRS. POOJA JADHAV
Director
Mrs. Pooja Sandech Jadhav, additional director, looking after legal aspects & ISO of Company. She has completed Bachelors & Masters in Computer Science from Yashwantrao Mohite College, Kotharud, Pune in 2011. She is office superintend and looking after all legal registrations and ISO activities.
